Timberline Lodge is a National Historic Landmark and year-round ski destination approximately 45 miles east of Gresham via US-26 — about one hour in good conditions. The lodge offers skiing and snowboarding on Mt. Hood's upper slopes twelve months a year, plus a restaurant, spa, and stunning Cascade views. Bus parking is in the designated motorcoach area at the far east section of the main lower parking lot.

Columbia River Gorge & Vista House
Vista House at Crown Point (40700 Historic Columbia River Hwy, Corbett, OR 97019) sits at 733 feet elevation with panoramic views of the Columbia River Gorge — just 15 miles east of Gresham via I-84 E or the Historic Columbia River Highway. The Gorge is home to more than 90 waterfalls, including Multnomah Falls, Oregon's most visited natural attraction. Bus parking at Multnomah Falls requires advance reservations through Recreation.gov parking reservations on peak summer weekends — book early.

Moda Center
Moda Center is home to the Portland Trail Blazers and hosts major concerts and events year-round, approximately 13 miles northwest of Gresham via I-84 W. Charter bus drop-off is on N Wheeler Ave on the west side of the arena. Bus parking is available in the Rose Quarter Transit Center bus bays or nearby surface lots — reserve in advance for high-demand games and concerts, as lots fill quickly on event nights. Powell Butte Nature Park
Powell Butte Nature Park sits on the western edge of the Gresham border — a 611-acre volcanic butte with meadow summit trails offering 360-degree views of Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams, and the Portland skyline on clear days. It's a favorite destination for school field trips, corporate team hikes, family outings, and nature photography groups. The main trailhead and large vehicle parking are off SE Powell Blvd at the park's main entrance.
